Hello and welcome to.. the Licky Clique!

This operates more as a club than a traditional clique, but is called a clique because the "licky clicky" is, unfortunately, very catchy.

What is a licky?

A licky (referred to as a 'lickycat', is an internet trend that started around 2010 by DeviantArt user @SketchMichi (@BakaMichi at the time). Popular characters that were turned into lickycats are Pikachu, Espeon, Rainbow Dash, Mario, along with various other examples.

I joined scratch.mit.edu when I was in 3rd grade, circa 2015 -- so a bit after the original template was posted. It was still all the rage over there, and there were many dedicated groups for LickyCat Gifs (which my old scratch account is STILL apart of haha!). Lickies have been around through my coding experience, and I would love to share this experience with the people on Neocities.
