my name is leith and i am nineteen years old! i live in the united states.

i am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree for Music Education - instrumental. it's been wonderful so far! i am currently halfway through my first fall semester.

i think that's all the basic stuff out of the way. time to get more complicated (*´ ∇ `)ﾉ

about the minisite (*´ｪ｀*)

this is basically just a big passion project. i went into a bit of depth on the homepage... but that's okay. i love to talk at my core so this is awesome for me

my main site is epic. do NOT get me wrong, i love the mainsite. i love working and chipping away at it, but sometimes i just get into a block because i've already done SO much. there's SO much to look at and do.. so this is my attempt at a minimalistic site that will keep me from wiping everything i've already done and starting over.

the minisite is 100% inspired by nerucom. i was always so intrigued by the idea, since i obviously have a very maximalist thing going on. it's nice to declutter and do a little online journal and not have to work for hours on setting up pages so they match with what i have going on in my head and with the rest of the site. sometimes i just want to be able to talk, y'know?

the other part is i don't want to erase everything i've done. i have so many ideas that i want to see come true through my website, but starting over again and again takes time. half of me setting up pages is me deciding whether or not i want to keep the page i've already completed.

so this is just something simple where i can chat and not really have to worry about all the graphic design elements (which is really what i love doing about the mainsite) because this isn't focused on that. it's just something small and minimalist and just me !
